  • Note: Non-guaranteed booking may be released without prior notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1. Payment guarantee will serve as acknowledgement on the Terms and conditions stipulated below:
  2. Check in time is at 2:00pm and check out time is at 12:00nn. Early check in and Late Checkout incurs additional charges.
  3. Total Room Rate is inclusive of service charge and current applicable government taxes.
  4. In excess of room capacity, extra person charges are applied.
  5. To avail Corporate or Senior Citizen discount:
    • The card holder must be present and provide a government issued ID and either their Senior or Corporate ID.
    • For Room reservation or charges, guest must inform and present ID upon making reservation or upon check in only
    • For other outlets (Restaurant, Spa and Kahuna stores), IDs must be presented every time Senior Citizen guests avails products and services
  6. In case of cancellation of guaranteed reservation, the hotel should receive a written notice and cancellation will be subjected to hotel cancellation policy.
    1. Cancellation and reservation amendments made 7 days and above prior to arrival shall incur no charges;
    2. Cancellation and reservation amendments made between 5-6 days prior to arrival shall be billed 25% of the total room charges;
    3. Cancellation and reservation amendments made between 3-4 days prior to arrival shall be billed 50% of the total room charges;
    4. Cancellation and reservation amendments made 1-2 days prior to arrival or on the day of arrival shall be billed 100% of the total room charges.
    5. For Holidays and December 1 to January15, guaranteed reservations are non-refundable (cancelled or shortened). Decreasing the number of rooms or room nights, rebooking and reservation amendments made after 48 hours upon reservation shall be charged 100% of the total room reservation.
    6. Early departure will be charged 100% of the total room charges
    7. A NO SHOW charge equivalent to the total room rate for the entire booking period will be billed to the booking party.
  7. The resort strictly observes a "No Pets" policy.
  8. Spa Therapists not employed by Kahuna Resort are strictly prohibited inside the resort.
  9. Bringing in of food and beverage is allowed however may only be consumed inside the rooms. If consumed outside the vicinity of the rooms, "Corkage Fee" shall apply.
  10. One (1) valid ID's (Driver's License, Passport, or any Government Issued I.D's) must be presented upon check- in.
  11. Please be reminded that any damages, lost or broken items incurred within guest stay will be charged accordingly. Lost keys will be charged P2, 000.00. Smoking inside the room is prohibited and will be charged a P20,000.00 penalty.
  12. Management is not liable for any loss of valuables. You can use our in-room safety deposit box for your security.
  13. For Room rates quoted in Philippine Peso by the resort, payment should be made in PHP. If US Dollar is used for payment, the resort's prevailing foreign exchange rate of the day shall be applied.
  14. The room posting rate and foreign exchange rate are subject to change without prior notice.
